The social and environmental environment is important to us and we want to take care of it through our actions.

  • We handle resources with care and behave as ecologically as possible in our daily business activities.
  • We support social projects directly with our foundation “Dream-it”.
  • We treat fellow human beings correctly and fairly and do not tolerate discrimination or bullying.
  • We communicate openly and honestly and respect the views of those who disagree with us and question it.

This mission statement applies to all employees of the Fidfinvest Group, regardless of function, position or location.

Through personal management behaviour and adapted business processes, this mission statement is incorporated into our daily work.

Everyone must act in accordance with the principles set out in the mission statement. Behaviour that deviates from the mission statement or even violates it will not be tolerated and will result in appropriate disciplinary measures.
